⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rapid Response to Boiler Failure in Spalding

We’re just off Winfrey Avenue in Spalding and the boiler gave up the ghost in January 🥶

It was already late so I rang fully expecting to be told to wait until morning. Louis answered and said he would get to us that evening. He arrived with a torch because our porch light had packed in too. He checked the boiler and managed to get it going again within the hour!

My elderly mum lives with us and was already wrapped in two blankets. Such a relief!

I will recommend him to anyone now. He since fitted a new boiler for my neighbour and they were very pleased we recommended him.

I rent out two properties in Spalding near Clay Lake and one off West Elloe Avenue.

This company handles annual gas safety checks. What I value most is that I do not have to micromanage anything. Tenants get a polite call to arrange access. Certificates land in my inbox the same day.

Last inspection flagged a small issue with a flue bracket. It was corrected immediately and documented properly. That level of diligence protects me legally and keeps tenants safe.

Reliable trades are hard to find. These are one of them.

We’re out in Pinchbeck and our heating had been noisy and uneven for years. The lounge radiator would roast you alive while the hallway one stayed barely warm. Booked a power flush after a neighbour recommended them. I stood watching out of curiosity while they ran the machine. The water coming out of the system at first was black. They had it running clear in no time. By the end of the afternoon, every radiator in the house heated evenly from top to bottom. The boiler sounds smoother too. It’s one of those jobs you don’t see once it’s done, but you definitely feel the difference.

We’re in Peterborough, new build estate, and we found out the hard way that the original boiler was undersized for the house.

They came round, did proper calculations (no guessing), and recommended a system that actually matched the property. Installation was tidy. Pipework clipped neatly. Flue positioned correctly without cutting corners.

They stayed to show us how to adjust settings for efficiency rather than just leaving a manual on the counter.

Heating is now able cover three floors. Hot water pressure is strong even when two showers are running.

These guys were professional from start to finish.

We decided we wanted a Kitchen extension in with bifold doors. We decided to take the chance to add underfloor heating and I’m glad we did 😊

The pipe layout was carefully planned and pressure tested. Good communication before screed. They explained why the temperature has to be increased gradually once cured, which saved us from cracking anything.

Now the warmth feels amazing across the whole floor. It’s subtle but it changes the feel of the space completely.

We are just outside Bourne and had poor hot water pressure for years. They recommended installing an unvented cylinder. I’ll admit I did not fully understand the difference at first, but Louis explained more stored pressure, better flow, safer controls. Now we can have showers whenever we want across the house, without the second one turning into a trickle.

The cupboard has been left tidy with labelled valves. It is much more organised than I would have expected. Great attention to detail. Worth every penny.

Booked an annual boiler service at our place in Grantham. Pete arrived on time, laid dust sheets, removed the casing, and carried out a full inspection. Combustion readings were shown to me on the analyser so I could see for myself everything was within range. A worn seal was replaced. This team have helped me prevent various issues not after a few services. Certificate emailed that afternoon. Always very reassuring to work with Louis and his team.

Live in Boston and woke up to a house that felt like a freezer. Boiler completely unresponsive 😩

They arrived mid morning and diagnosed a failed PCB. Part sourced and fitted very quickly.

Cleared, tested, system back online. I received photos, an invoice breakdown, and confirmation the tenant was happy. Very satisfied with the service.

You checked the existing pipework thoroughly, explained why the old system had been struggling, and talked us through the options without pushing the most expensive model. Your team arrived exactly when you said they would. Dust sheets went down straight away. No damage to surrounding cupboards. It looks organised and professional, not like an afterthought.

What stood out most was the time you spent after. You didn’t rush off. Showing us how to adjust the temperature settings efficiently, and made sure we were confident using it before you left.
