Inside the plant room
The plant room has become a talking point in its own right. In this film, Louis returns to the completed installation and reflects on a project he describes as his most enjoyable in more than ten years of plumbing.
Drone footage shows the property from above before the film takes a closer look at the heating installation. Dental Surgeon James Shorrock recalls the scale of the project and how the team developed some of the initial ideas, with the finished plant room exceeding his expectations.

Working within a Grade II listed building
This was a large installation with challenges beneath the surface. In the film, Louis describes floorboards joined with steel strips, making access particularly difficult.
The team worked through those obstacles and adjusted plans where necessary. James discusses how the work progressed, while Louis reflects on seeing the project completed and the practice open.
“This is by far my most enjoyable job.”
Louis Greetham, speaking in the film
Ideal Boilers and the finished installation
Ideal Boilers were installed as part of the project. Louis discusses his experience of working with the manufacturer and the support available to installers.
Jack Cranmer, Area Sales Manager for Ideal Boilers, visits to see the work for himself. Having worked with Louis for six months at the time of filming, he talks about the pride Louis takes in his installations and the craftsmanship on display.
